Whats the hold up with Walmart?

Hi,
I can't find anything on the delay with the Super Walmart that's supposed to open here in Am Can. Does anyone have any news on that or can you tell me where I can find out what's going on?

Sure, the City didn't do the proper EIR reports. That's what is now holding up the store opening. Don't count on it happining soon either...
