I have read in the local newspaper that there is supposed to be a "Dog Park" built in American Canyon at the new Veterans Park which will run along Highway 29 between American Canyon Road and the Vallejo/American Canyon city limits.

Does anyone know when this construction will begin and whether or not anyone is soliciting input from dog-loving residents like me??? I would like the opportunity to see the plans and to comment on them. Is it too late now to offer any input on the new dog park?
