ATTENTION! designated area for pocketbikes!

well i am a resident of AC, and i recently got into that pocketbike seen, those little annoying lawnmower sounding bikes, you guys heard of those right? you seen how small they are, you see how easily someone can get smashed by any car, well how about a parking lot for those kids that want to ride their bikes? i hate to see kids even adults riding around carelessly, so how about it AC police? i know you guys are tired of hearing complaints about this little buggers, just a thought....

POCKET BIKES.... Ok here is the scoop on these little boogers... they are ILLEGAL on any public street, sidewalk or other form of property. Private parking lots in this city are now posted so that the police can enforce the Vehicle Code in the lots, so POCKET BIKES ARE ILLEGAL there also... The only thing you can do is try to find a place, where the vehicle code is not enforced, is privately owned, and the property owner allows you to ride there, giving you this permission in writting which you must have on you when riding on the private property....
If you can find someone who owns a large enough parking lot, where you are away from people, because there is an ordinace that prohibits operating off highway vehicles with in 1000 feet of an inhabited dwelling, and you can sell him on the idea that you wont sue him when you crash on his property and get hurt, then you got your riding area.........
